Oliver Jerrome
Managing Director
Oliver joined the Pelican team in January 2018 having previously worked within financial services leading large customer facing teams and supporting national change programmes. His main areas of focus are creating a positive and supportive working environment for our people, whilst striving to further improve the experience our customers receive when they contact us.
Outside of work, Oliver enjoys travelling and holidays with his wife and two daughters in addition to being a keen Bristol Rovers supporter.
Amy Badman
Director of Customer Billing
Amy joined the business in 2016 bringing with her a wealth of experience of leadership in financial services and a passion for customer excellence. She is proud to lead a team that is focused on customer experience and can provide genuine support and guidance for those that need extra help.
Away from work, Amy is the Event Director of her local park run supporting a team of volunteers put on a free, weekly, timed 5k community event each Saturday morning and she has a passion for the theatre.
Alex Chapman
Director of Finance
Alex is an ACA qualified chartered accountant and has occupied senior Finance positions in the banking, information technology and debt recovery sectors before joining Pelican Business Services in May 2015.
Having had a balance of FTSE and SME roles, Alex is able to draw upon a variety of experiences when faced with business challenges as and when they arise. Alex has occupied Board level positions for over 15 years of his career and has extensive project experience including large-scale outsourcing, implementing new IT systems and developing analytical tools to drive better decision making.
As well as spending time with his wife and two children, Alex enjoys running, playing football and partaking in the occasional sky dive and abseiling event.
Craig Watts
Director of Customer Services
The newest member of the team, Craig joined Pelican in December 2023, having worked in customer contact roles for over 25 years across industries as broad as recruitment, manufacturing and insurance.
He has a real passion for customer excellence. In his role as Director of Customer Services, Craig is driven to create a seamless, straightforward customer experience – enabling them to contact us how they want to, when they want to.
Outside of work, Craig lives with his partner, two children, and two dogs. He enjoys being outdoors and by the sea, spending quality time with his family.
