We've worked hard to become highly skilled in every area of our business, employing nearly 400 team members and delivering award-winning customer service both to our clients and, in turn, their customers.
We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Testing Manager to lead our highly competent testing team. You will have overall responsibility for the execution of all quality assurance and solution testing activities including strategy development, definition of acceptance criteria, governance of testing approach, test planning and execution.
You will ensure that our overall software and application provision is of an exceptional quality and meets all of our functional requirements and of course is fit for purpose.
This is a key role within our busy business support services team and will involve you building relationships both within this team and other departments across our business. With five direct reports, you will play a key role in the leadership of the QA and testing team, ensuring that project requirements are met for your stakeholders.
You will be a qualified QA and testing manger with experience of leading a team. It is essential that you have extensive knowledge of software testing methods and techniques for a broad range of integrated IT systems, also to cover non-functional testing. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be a natural leader of people, have a flair for decision making and problem solving and be able to influence key stakeholders through your strong communication skills.
