Technical Administrator

Who are we?


Pelican Business Services, based in Nailsea, provide customer services on behalf of Wessex and Bristol Water. From meter reading and billing, to collection and managing the end to end customer experience. We are proud to help our clients deliver excellent service. The role


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator and competent computer user to join our team.


You will be responsible for making sure that system maintenance and other tasks requiring manual processing are successfully completed each day. Ensuring that the processes used to carry out these activities are documented and regularly reviewed, with an eye to continually improve BSS processes.


Also, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks with other members of the BSS team to make sure these tasks have been successfully preformed, as well as keeping scheduled plans current and up to date. Regularly engaging with our customers (internal and external) to guarantee that we are always providing them with the best possible experience and service.
